If you are a therapist who uses the invoicing dashboard, you will receive a form via email on the first of each month that you can use to indicate your availability for that month.
After you select the number of clients you would like to receive from Modern health, your availability number will auto-decrease with each new client match you receive. Your client availability will not auto-increase when a client becomes inactive or has unmatched.
If you do not receive a form or are having trouble completing the form, please send an email to provider@joinmodernhealth.com with the following information:
- Your number of open slots for new clients
- Your general availability (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)
A member of our team can manually update your availability with this information.
