Why am I unable to submit an invoice?

To invoice for your previously scheduled sessions, access the Sessions tab and locate the desired session by scrolling to the correct date. If you need to update a session’s status, click on the session, the appropriate invoice state, and ‘Submit Invoice.’ This action will automatically initiate the reimbursement process in Hyperwallet. Accurate reporting and status updates are essential for proper payment processing. Always ensure all scheduled sessions are recorded.

 

All sessions scheduled in advance must be reported under the Sessions tab. If you are unable to find your scheduled session, please go to your 'sessions' tab and scroll back to the desired session date:

 

 

From this view, you will be able to see all of the sessions that have occurred. If you need to update a session, you can click into the session and mark it as completed/no show/late cancellation by pressing the 'Submit Invoice' button. Once the reported visit has a completed/no show/late cancellation status, this will automatically kick off our reimbursement process within Hyperwallet.
