What do I do if I am missing a client in my invoicing dashboard?

Sometimes your client's name will not appear in your dashboard search bar. This could be due to the client choosing to un-match, the member becoming ineligible, or for other reasons. If this occurs, please email provider@joinmodernhealth.com with your client's initials (e.g. Jane Doe > Ja.Do.) and client's employer. We will use this information to add the client to your dashboard so that you can proceed with invoicing for the session.
