How do I preview Modern Health's Digital Resources?

Summary:

The Chat page allows you to send individual messages to your clients. In addition to typed messages, you have the ability to choose and send Modern Health resources that your clients have access to in their App. 

 

For more information on how to access these resources and the best practices in doing so, please reference the information below. Note: It is important to review the best practices in order to ensure you do not adversely affect your provider account.

In order to view all MH Resources, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Log in to the provider dashboard 
  2. From the Resources tab, select ‘Preview Digital Resources’ card

  3. From there click on Preview to be routed to Modern Health's library of digital content available in the Member App. 
  4. From the ‘Explore’ page, you will be able to view all programs and meditations that are currently available to members. 
  5. NOTE: You may be prompted to download the MH mobile application. Please ignore this message and do not attempt to download or log in to the member mobile app.

Best Practices for Navigating MH Resources on the Dashboard

The Preview Digital Resources card will route you into the computer version of the Modern Health Member Application.

Please exercise caution when navigating here, and use this solely for the purposes of previewing our library of digital resources.

  • From the Explore page you have the ability to click into any of the headers at the top. These sections mimic the member experience and allows you to view programs, meditations, circles, or member-specific FAQs. 
  • Once you are done previewing the digital content you wanted to review, please just close the tab where the Explore page was launched on your browser. 
  • If you select the Modern Health logo in the top left corner, you will be taken to the member home screen. Note: This is a mimicked version of the member application, so you are not able to select a provider or schedule any sessions. Please DO NOT submit a request for a provider as this will adversely affect your provider account
  • The sessions that you might see when selecting ‘View all’ in the outlined box below are upcoming/past sessions that you have scheduled with active clients. As a precaution, be sure not to cancel them.

  • Your name will appear in the top right corner of the screen. If you select the down arrow, you are presented with the following options:

  • The ‘Profile’ page mimics a member’s profile and will contain your specific coach account details. It is important not to make any edits on this page as that will adversely affect your provider account. Should you need to make edits to your account, please go to Your Profile section on your Dashboard; or contact Provider Support for assistance with fields that you are not able to edit yourself
  • The ‘Contact Us’ page is linked directly to the Member Knowledge Center. As a result, anything submitted from this page will not be received by provider@joinmodernhealth.com

We hope this feature allows you to better familiarize yourself with the wide range of digital resources available for our members, and that you feel more equipped to recommend them to your clients, as appropriate.
