When should I direct my member to help@modernhealth.com?

 

  1. The member experienced Tech issues on their end
    Trouble with accessing session on Zoom, app related issues, etc.
  2. Member has questions about their benefits
    Dependents, session allotment, benefit cycle
  3. Member has questions about verifying their Health Plan (HPI)
    Payment, sign up process, etc. 
  4. Member needs to be re-matched to me (provider) 
  5. Member cannot locate me in app and needs to be matched to me (provider)
