How can I check if I was paid for a session?

The best way to check if you have received payment for a session is within your Hyperwallet account. 

In HyperWallet, go to “History” in the main navigation bar, and click on the description “Payment from Modern Health Arizona P.L.L.C” for the payment you would like to reconcile.

Next to “Details:” you will see an invoice reference number that indicates the session that corresponds with this payment.

  • For example: invoice reference says “1/1716:00-JS-ElectD-C”. The components of this area:
      • 1/1716:00 = date and time of visit (Our system is based in the UTC Timezone, so the date may appear as one day before/after the date reported for the session.)
      • JS = provider initials
      • Elect = first five letters of the client’s company
      • D = client’s first initial
      • C = status of visit
        • C = completed
        • L = late cancellation
        • N = no show

You are also able to download your transaction history to view all payments and their corresponding invoice reference numbers in one file by clicking the blue “Download” button. 

 

Note: Modern Health processes invoices every Thursday. All invoices submitted at or prior to 4 pm PST on the Wednesday before processing day will be included in that week’s billing cycle. Payments may take 2-3 business days to become available in your Hyperwallet account.

If you are not able to find the session in your Hyperwallet transaction history, please refer to "How do I confirm an invoice has been submitted?" for more information on confirming invoice submissions. 

Please email provider@joinmodernhealth.com with the client's initials, name of their employer, and session date and time (including timezone) if you need help reconciling any payments.
