If you can't access Zoom after clicking "Join Session" in the Dashboard, your browser may be blocking pop-ups. For the best experience, use Google Chrome to avoid issues. To fix this, enable pop-ups in your browser settings.
Follow these steps in your Google Chrome settings (instructions available on Chrome's page here):
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- Visit a page where pop-ups are blocked (such as the Modern Health Provider Dashboard - chat.joinmodernhealth.com/login).
- In the address bar, click on the pop-up blocked icon
- Click the link for the pop-up you want to see.
- To always allow pop-ups for the site, choose Always allow pop-ups and redirects from modernhealth.zoom.us and click Done.
