Overview:
Modern Health uses Zoom for video sessions, generating a unique Zoom link for each session. Providers can find the Zoom link in the Sessions page, within the Actions section. If a client can’t find the link, advise them to use “Join Session” in the app, or look for the reminder email containing the link. Alternatively, you can copy the invite link directly from Zoom.
At Modern Health, we utilize Zoom as our video provider. All sessions that have either been scheduled by yourself as the provider from the provider dashboard, or by your client from the web or mobile application, will generate a Zoom link to join the session.
As the provider, this Zoom link is available to you within the Sessions page in the Actions section of the specific session.
In the event that your client cannot find the Zoom link to join the session, there are a few suggestions you can make to ensure they are able to join:
- Instruct them to select 'Join Session' from the main page of the mobile or web application.
- Your client will receive a session reminder email prior to the session which will contain the link to join the session from here.
- As the provider, you have the ability to copy the link from your provider dashboard utilizing the button below to send the link via chat or email.
4. Lastly, you can copy the invite link from Zoom. (Note: you will need to join the session in advance)
