How do I filter my client list?

The Clients page of the provider dashboard contains a full list of clients, both unmatched and matched. The filters at the top of this list can be leveraged to easily manipulate the list of individuals to find those that apply to what you are looking for.

Category Meanings

Each filter contains a drop down that is relevant to the category and can be utilized to narrow down your client list. Each filter category is explained below:

The 'Company' filter can be utilized to search for individuals that work at a specific company. The dropdown will include the unique name of every company that your clients work for

The 'Next Booking Date' filter can be utilized to show individuals who have either:

  • Scheduled their next session
  • Not Scheduled their next session

The 'Match Status' filter can be utilized to show individuals who have the following match status:

  • New Match
  • Engaged
  • Active
  • Inactive
  • Unmatched 

Note: It can be helpful to utilize this filter to remove unmatched clients from your view by selecting all but 'Unmatched'

The 'Sessions' filter can be utilized to differentiate between clients who have sessions remaining in their allotment and those who do not have any sessions remaining

The 'Completed WHO-5 Score' filter can be utilized to identify individuals based on whether or not they have completed the assessment and when it was completed

Search Function

The search function is also a helpful tool that can be utilized to search for a specific individual. In the event that a certain individual is not showing up via search, it is important to remember to clear all filters to ensure you are searching the entire population of clients.
