What do the client match statuses indicate?

You will notice in the Clients page that there is a match status associated with each of your Modern Health clients. These match statuses help to inform you of how engaged your existing Modern Health clients are and when it might be worth it to follow up with them via Chat.

Please see the chart below for the description of what each match status indicates:

Match Status Definition
New Match These clients are new matches. We recommend a first outreach within 24 hours and a second outreach before 72 hours. After 7 days, we will move this client to inactive if they have not chatted or booked a session.
Engaged These clients have matched, chatted, or booked sessions in the past 2 weeks. They may need some follow-up since your last interaction.
Active These clients have matched, chatted, or booked sessions within the past 2 months, but not in the past 2 weeks. These clients are likely to benefit from a follow up message.
Inactive These clients haven't matched, chatted, or booked sessions in over 2 months. They may still be interested; send them a message to see if they would like to continue working with you.
Unmatched These clients are no longer matched and you won't be able to interact with them.

You can also reference these definitions by clicking the question mark next to the Match Status column in your dashboard.

Please note: Inactive clients who have not engaged or shown an interest in starting treatment cannot be removed from your Dashboard without their consent. To have more control over which clients will appear on your client list, we recommend filtering your client list by Match Status so that only those clients that are a New Match, Engaged, and Active appear.
