Modern Health clients can choose before each session whether to allow recording to receive an AI-generated draft note. If they consent, you’ll both hear an audio message that recording is in progress, and you’ll see a pop-up; click “Got it” and proceed normally. If the client requests to stop, click Stop Recording, or More while screen sharing, confirm, and you’ll both hear “recording stopped” and continue the session without disruption or affecting clinical care or rapport.
Your Modern Health clients will always have the option to choose whether or not they want to record a session, which will allow you to receive the AI-generated draft note afterwards.
Here is the notification they will receive prior to every scheduled session:
If the client selects ‘allow recording’ prior to entering the session, you will both hear an audio disclaimer that says recording in progress, and recording will be automatically enabled.
You will also get a pop-up notification informing you of the recording, just click 'Got it' and proceed with the therapy session normally.
If the client who had previously opted to record changes their mind during the session in Zoom, you are able to turn off recording on their behalf.
In order to stop recording, just click the Stop Recording button at the bottom of your Zoom screen, as indicated below.
You will see a pop-up message asking you to confirm you would like to stop recording. Click stop recording again.
Once you confirm, you and your client will both hear an audio disclaimer that says recording stopped. You can then continue with the therapy session normally.
Then click pause/stop recording, and then finally select Stop Recording:
You will see a pop-up message asking you to confirm you would like to stop recording. Click stop recording again, as shown below:
Once you confirm, you and your client will both hear an audio disclaimer that says recording stopped. You can then continue with the therapy session normally.
