Modern Health can provide verification letters or emails confirming completed coaching hours, Mental Health Case Consultations, and Resource Development Credits for completed courses. You can download course certificates through Modern Health University for Resource Development Credits. All attendance and documentation for case consultations should be self-tracked and requested for verification when needed.
Modern Health can not provide the below:
- A list of client names or any other sensitive information

- Verification of coaching hours completed (in letter or email format)
- Verification of Mental Health Case Consultations completed (in letter or email format)
- Resource Development Credits for completed courses through Modern Health University. All coaches will be able to download a copy of their completed courses as verification via their account in Modern Health University.
Please track your attendance for Mental Health Coaching Case consultations in this tracker. Each case consultation session counts as 1 ICF coaching supervision hour. For example, 5 completed and documented case consultations is equivalent to 5 hours of coaching supervision hours.
Can I get a letter verifying this?
To receive verification of your completed Mental Health Case Consultations, please reach out to provider@joinmodernhealth.com. If you need a letter verifying this, please include this in your outreach. Lastly, if you need documentation for a certain time period, please ensure that you specify the date range, otherwise the case consultations for the entirety of your contract with Modern Health will be pulled.
Up to 10 hours of Coaching Supervision can be used toward Credential Renewal for each renewal cycle. Coaching Supervision hours are counted as Core Competency credits. You can find more information on this within the ICF Credential Renewal Guide.
While Modern Health can provide our interpretation of these rules, it is ultimately your responsibility to conduct your own research and ensure compliance. You must ensure that you verify and follow the rules set by the ICF regarding certifying Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits.
Yes, you can earn 0.25+ CCE credits for each course you complete via Modern Health University. These credits are valid for Resource Development credits. You can use a maximum of 16 hours of Resource Development credits for a renewal. You can also download a Certificate of Completion via your Modern Health University account, where it states how many CCE credits you've earned for completing the course.
