Why can't I find my client in the dashboard?

The Clients page of the provider dashboard allows you to view all of your Modern Health clients in one place. In the event that you are unable to find a client in your dashboard, please follow the below steps to ensure that your client is not hidden by a search filter. 

1. In the search features listed at the top of the page, please identify the "Clear All Filters" button. if you have any filters applied to your client list, this button will appear in blue.

2. Select the "Clear All Filters" button to ensure that all of your clients are populating in your client management list. 

 

Please note: if you have more than 10 clients, you may need to navigate through multiple pages of the list to find your client. Alternatively, you may utilize the search feature at the top of the page.

 

If you have active clients that you are still unable to find listed in your dashboard, please email provider@modernhealth.com with their initials and company name so that Modern Health can connect you with these clients for invoicing purposes.
