When will my client's sessions renew?

Session reset dates and allotments depend on your client's employer. To find your client's renewal date, go to their profile on the Clients page in the provider dashboard. The renewal date will be displayed beneath the Member Information section.

The renewal date marks when the new session allotment begins. To avoid losing sessions from the previous allotment, schedule and conduct all sessions before 5 PM PST on the day before the renewal date. Sessions after this time will count toward the new allotment.

 

Note: If a company discontinues its partnership with Modern Health, your client's sessions will not renew. For questions, contact us at provider@joinmodernhealth.com.
