[Medication Management Providers] How do I schedule a session?

The Schedule a Session feature allows you to schedule sessions on behalf of your clients. This may be helpful for scheduling your next session while you are still meeting with a client. There is also the option to schedule sessions that fall outside of your set working hours.

Members are also able to schedule sessions with you as a provider through your connected calendar.

Please note: provider sessions default to scheduling on the top of the hour. If desired, please write in to provider@modernhealth.com to request the ability to schedule on the half-hour or quarter-hour.

  1. To schedule a session, first select the "Schedule a session" button on the Sessions page.

  2. A pop up menu will appear that allows you to select your client's name and indicate the session date and time. Please note: If you would like to schedule a session that falls outside of your working hours, please ensure that the check box is selected. 
     

  3. Once you have filled in the relevant details and scheduled the visit, a confirmation window will pop up with the session details indicating that the session was successfully scheduled.

Note: All initial visit appointments on the dashboard are set by default for a duration of up to 60 minutes and follow up visits defaulted to 30 minutes. We understand follow up visits range generally from 15-30 minutes.
