Once you have successfully synced your personal calendar with Modern Health, you will now have the option to 'Review Calendar Connections'. This feature allows you to review, change, or troubleshoot existing calendar connections.
In the event that you need to remove a calendar that is no longer needed or are having issues with your availability showing accurately, we recommend fully disconnecting your calendar from the dashboard. Doing this will not have an impact on existing scheduled sessions.
To do so, please follow the steps listed below:
From the top of the Sessions page of the provider dashboard, please click into 'Review Calendar Connections'.
Once here, locate the 'Disconnect' button at the top of the connected calendar(s) that you would like to remove.
Once you remove the calendar, the system will no longer factor it into the availability that is relayed to your clients. If you need to add the calendar back, you may do so in this page by selecting 'Add Calendar' at the bottom.
We recommend disconnecting all connected calendars and adding them back if you are having issues with your availability accurately reflecting and/or if you have issues with sessions syncing to your calendars.
