Although the Schedule a Session feature will now have the added ability to schedule sessions on the quarter hour, there are a few things to keep in mind. Please read on for some helpful tips related to this update.
- You will now be able to schedule sessions on the :15 and :45 in the Schedule a Session window.
- If you have a calendar connected, your clients will still be limited to scheduling sessions on only the top-of-the-hour (e.g. 9:00am) or the half-hour if you have requested to enable this capability (e.g. 9:30am)
- The preview availability window will show your availability exactly as your clients see it. In other words, you should not expect to see quarter-hour slots appear in the preview availability view because your clients will not have the option to schedule on this increment.
