For providers on the full dashboard, all sessions that have been scheduled in advance must be invoiced for from the Sessions tab. The "report visit" button should not be used to schedule or invoice sessions.
The Sessions page is where you can submit invoices for any sessions that occurred in the Modern Health dashboard.
- In the Sessions page, navigate to the session that you would like to invoice for. Note: You may have to use the left arrow toggle at the top of the page to go back to past sessions.
- Select "Submit Invoice", which will populate the invoice submission form.
- Complete the invoice submission form by filling out the session information and session rating.
- Once you have completed the form, select "Submit" and an invoice confirmation popup will appear.
Note: All sessions scheduled in the dashboard need to be reported under the Sessions page. Reporting sessions under the Clients page will create duplicate sessions or you may receive an error.
