How do I reschedule a session?

To reschedule a session, you must cancel the original session and schedule a new session with the updated date and time from the sessions tab in your Provider Dashboard. 

 

 

To reschedule a session:

  1. Start by navigating to the Sessions page of your dashboard and identify the session that you would like to reschedule.
  2. In the Actions column on the right hand side of the page, select the 'Cancel session' option associated with that session.

  3. You may then reschedule the session by using the 'Schedule a session' feature to schedule the session at the preferred time.
  4. You may then reschedule the session by using the 'Schedule a session' feature to schedule the session at the preferred time.

Important note

Once the session has passed, the 'Cancel session' option will no longer be available. To cancel the session, please email provider@joinmodernhealth.com with the below information: 

  • Client's initials
  • Member's employer
  • Session date 
  • Session time (including timezone)
