How do I indicate my availability?

The roster function lets you set the number of available slots for new clients. This number auto-decreases when you're matched with clients, and you can adjust it anytime based on your availability.

 

You and the client will use the chat function to coordinate scheduling sessions and initial consultations. You can then schedule the session through the dashboard using the "Schedule a Session" feature available on the Sessions page. Your calendar will not be connected so clients won't be able to book sessions directly on your calendar through the app. Please note that scheduling sessions in advance through the platform is mandatory.

You have the ability to use the HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom that is embedded in the provider dashboard. You can join the Zoom link from the Sessions page, and you and your clients will be emailed the link in the session reminder emails. Alternatively, you can elect to use your own HIPAA-complaint video software to hold sessions with your Modern Health clients. Doxy.me is our recommendation for free complaint software.

 

To set up roster, please follow the below steps:

  1. On the Sessions page of your dashboard, select "Manage Availability".
  2. Select the "Edit client openings" button to indicate the number of new referrals you can accept from Modern Health.

  3. Using the drop down menu, select how many new clients you can book and hit continue.

  4. Once you have indicated the number of new client openings and selected continue, you will see your availability appear in the dashboard.

 

Please ensure you keep this number up to date in the dashboard any time your new client availability changes.
